Returns and Refunds
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept the return of any of the products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you. If you are unsure of what product to select, please contact the Customer Service team at hello@deliciousdreams.com.au
Please double-check your order before placing it. If a wrong product is selected at check-out and purchased, please contact Delicious Dreams immediately, at its sole discretion, Delicious Dreams may agree to swap the product for the correct item if the order has not yet been dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched before you contacted Delicious Dreams, we will not be held responsible for the wrong product being selected. Any wrong product selected will be treated as a ‘Change of Mind’, and hence this policy will come into effect.
Please Note: E-books, Digital products, Program Guides, and Courses are NOT eligible for store credits after they have been accessed. Each digital product has a product value of $49.95 and will be deducted from the order total. The cost of postage is also non-refundable.
OTHER RETURNS
When required under Australian Consumer Law, Delicious Dreams Pty Ltd will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product is damaged, or
- The product is faulty, and
- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Please take a photo and contact us within 14 days of receiving the product(s) so that we can further investigate the issue. To make your claim, please email the following information to our support team:
- Name- Product Details
- Proof of Purchase (including order number)
- Details of an issue with products
- Photos of damaged or faulty product/s
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@deliciousdreams.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at helo@deliciousdreams.com.au to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair, or refund.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY
Subject always to the operation of the Australia Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
